How common are anxiety and panic attacks?
Hello everyone! It’s Andy again, I want to welcome you back and congratulate you on taking the steps to stop anxiety. I understand how hard this step must have been. I also want you to know that I am in no way a doctor. Therefore, if you feel that you should go and seek help. I urge you to do so.
Having said that you might wonder why I am writing this and who am I. There is more information on me on my About page, but in short, I am a friend and relative of people who have suffered from anxiety. My family members and close friends have suffered from anxiety and I felt helpless, because I did not know how to help them. Some days they got so worried about having anxiety or panic attack that they inflicted those panic attacks on themselves.
I also have very close friends that have been in car accidents so serious that they did not want to get into the cars with someone else. They forgot about driving! The fear and the thought of getting into cars left them paralyzed for some time. This ended up almost always with the decision not to travel that day.
I have spend countless hours trying to find good websites and forums on panic and anxiety to find out that there are over thirty thousand searches a month on Google on this topic alone. So what is it exactly-Anxiety?
The topic of panic attacks, anxiety and its symptoms is a very widely searched topic over the internet. Did you know that one in every ten Canadians deals with some type of anxiety disorder. Over 6.8 million of the American population deals with anxiety everyday. That is over 3.1% of the population and that’s only in North America.
The numbers are stunning and since this topic is so close to my heart, that is precisely why escapefromanxiety.com was created; to help each other overcome the struggles of fear, panic and anxiety. Now, I have seen this product work wonders. Some might disagree but I testify on what I have seen. I cannot guarantee that all results will be the same. After all, everyone is different, however by trying this program you have more to gain than ever before.
The social aspect is one of the biggest reasons why no one wants to talk about anxiety. People generally do not want others to know about their problems, so they hide behind the feelings and minimize the interactions with others otherwise known as social anxiety. The sufferers know that anxiety can occur at anytime without any warning, therefore they protect themselves in advance, missing out on life.
Of course there are different types of anxieties people suffer from. They range from general anxiety to a full blown panic attack. There is no “one size fits all” cure But here is some darn good information out there, escapefromanxiety.com being one of them.
In my search on various sites and forums I came across an author who is widely known for his technique of relieving panic attacks, anxieties and other phobias. His name is Barry McDonagh and he is the author of Panic Away. I found out that Barry himself was a sufferer of panic attacks and anxiety for a long time. I actually purchased Barry’s Program and started to read his ebook and listen to his audio series.
I have given a copy of this book to my friend and family member who suffer from anxiety. I will ask them to share with me what they thought about it or even write a post on my website sharing their experiences. I hope this will help. I am going to go and read Panic Away, and give you a review of my findings.

Excellent web site!.. You must include this site on a free directory is really good, maybe you could include more topics about health like skin cancer and others diseases.
