How common are anxiety and panic attacks?
Hello everyone! It’s Andy again, I want to welcome you back and congratulate you on taking the steps to stop anxiety. I understand how hard this step must have been. I also want you to know that I am in no way a doctor. Therefore, if you feel that you should go and seek help. I urge you to do so.
Having said that you might wonder why I am writing this and who am I. There is more information on me on my About page, but in short, I am a friend and relative of people who have suffered from anxiety. My family members and close friends have suffered from anxiety and I felt helpless, because I did not know how to help them.
